Shipping method and costs
Zafferano Srl will only accept orders for delivery within the national territory and to the foreign countries listed below:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovenia.
Delivery costs are charged based on the following rates:
_ delivery is free in Italy for orders over 49€, below this figure delivery costs are €9.50;
_ delivery is free in Europe* for orders over 99€, below this figure delivery costs are €15;
_ delivery costs to Finland, Portugal, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia are €25;
_ delivery costs to Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia and Ireland are €30;
_ delivery costs to Sweden are €45.
* Delivery costs are free for the following foreign countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia.
Zafferano Srl has the right not to accept orders for delivery to islands and remote areas. Shipments to P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Billing
Zafferano Srl will only issue an invoice when specifically requested by the Customer, who must submit the request via e-mail to info@zafferanoeshop.it, and must wait to be called back before placing the order. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. No changes will be possible to the invoice after it has been issued. In other cases, the sale will be treated for tax purposes as an online sale, in which case it is not mandatory to attach the receipt.
Delivery time and method
The Courier is responsible for delivery. Zafferano undertakes to collect any notification of non-delivery or delayed delivery of products through its Customer Service and, if necessary, assist the Customer in order to protect his/her rights as required by law.
Zafferano will ship the products ordered by the Customer by courier to the address he/she has provided, approximately within 3 working days of acceptance of the order. Delivery generally takes place within 4-5 working days. The timeframe given for the delivery of the goods is indicative.
Unless explicitly specified by our Customer Service, delivery will be made at street level. When the goods are delivered by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that specified in the delivery note sent by advance by e-mail;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered, including the materials used for securing it (adhesive tape or metal straps).
An immediate claim must be made for any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or if there is any discrepancy in the number of packages or information, by writing SUBJECT TO CHECK on the courier's delivery note.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be entitled to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
In the event of failure to collect, within 5 working days, the goods stored at the courier's warehouses due to recurring failure to deliver to the address specified by the Customer at the time of ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled. In this case, Zafferano Srl will refund the amount received as payment, after deducting any costs for attempted and unsuccessful delivery.
Claims and/or returns
Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, by e-mail, to the address: info@zafferanoeshop.it
