Delivery Method and Costs

  • Zafferano Srl will only accept orders for delivery within the national territories specified in the options stated on the order form. Zafferano Srl has the right not to accept orders for delivery to islands and remote areas. Shipments to P.O. boxes are not accepted.
  • Zafferano Srl will only issue an invoice for the goods sent when specifically requested by the Customer before placing the order, submitted by e-mail to info@zafferanoeshop.it. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. No changes will be possible to the invoice after it has been issued. In other cases, the sale will be treated for tax purposes as an online sale, in which case it is not mandatory to attach the receipt.
  • Zafferano will ship the products ordered by the Customer by courier to the address he/she has provided, approximately within 3 working days of acceptance of the order. Delivery generally takes place within 4-5 working days. The timeframe given for the delivery of the goods is indicative.
  • Delivery costs are charged based on the rates given on the Website or communicated by our Customer Service on the date on which the order was submitted. The Courier is responsible for delivery. Zafferano undertakes to collect any notification of non-delivery or delayed delivery of products through its Customer Service and, if necessary, assist the Customer in order to protect his/her rights as required by law.
  • Unless explicitly specified by our Customer Service, delivery will be made at street level. When the goods are delivered by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

          - that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that specified in the delivery note sent by advance by e-mail;

          - that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or altered, including the materials used for securing it (adhesive tape or metal straps).

  • An immediate claim must be made for any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or if there is any discrepancy in the number of packages or information, by writing SUBJECT TO CHECK on the courier's delivery note.
  • Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be entitled to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
  • Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, by e-mail, to the address: info@zafferanoeshop.it
  • In the event of failure to collect, within 5 working days, the goods stored at the courier's warehouses due to recurring failure to deliver to the address specified by the Customer at the time of ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled. In this case, Zafferano Srl will refund the amount received as payment, after deducting any costs for attempted and unsuccessful delivery.
